Suggest me an E-book Writer & Selling price for the E-book

Hello guys, I've decided to hire someone write an ebook for me. It will be something about Pit Bulls, but I don't know what yet.
I wanted to ask you guys about the two questions:
1. Who do you suggest me to hire about this job, or where to find someone to do it for me? I curently work with iWriter, do you think they are good enough for this type of job?

The E-book will be around 20-40 pages, so after I finish it, what do you think about the selling price?

2. Where should I offer it, amazon, clickbank, ebay, all of them? or maybe I should stick to just one e-comerce site, or maybe create my own E-commerce site? what about the price per sell?

Please ask anything you need to know more about this, so you could all give me the right answers, thank you all!

I think....there are lot of great writers in iwriter...or you can try freelancer

I know this is a hot thing to do right now..but I have also heard that the market is so oversaturated with ebooks that people just aren't buying them if your relatively unknown..or that your book will be ranked so low on a page that no one really finds it. Have you thought about these issues and how to overcome them? I would certainly think about these things before investing in a writer. Of course you may already be experienced in this and know how to overcome these issues..at which I would be interested in your answers. Thanks!

I have a fanpage with nearly 6m likes, which are related to that niche. So I don't think it will be a big problem to boost my amazon/ebay/clickbank rank

1. Search on some of the freelancing sites like Freelancer and Odesk or go Iwriter all the way. In my personal opinion Iwriter is better.
2. I would suggest Kindle, like @BassTrackerBoats suggested, read that thread and this also:

I'm not sure a black hat seo forum is the best place to find writers since I have never used it but. I have used a certain forum about marketing that you can talk about here that has a lot more writers.
