Are there any CPA networks that don't ask credit card details in their surveys? Like, we should get paid when someone signs up for a free account.

P.S: Not adult niche

I was talking about pay per free sign-up networks. I have started working with CPAGrip recently and came to know that all their offers need credit card details to complete.

Hi Fakkard - sorry there was some confusion on this issue; but almost none of our offers require credit cards. There are 1 or 2 out of the thousands of offers we have live on the network.
