i dont know if it`s a good ideea but...
I want to create a escrow sistem for bhw members, in this way nobody will be scamed.
I belive 5% fees its more then enough to pay ( person who watch on that. )

Never going to happen.

This has been suggested before and has always been rejected. It would cause too much extra work and potentially cause it's own set of problems for people involved.
 
Sistem will be do it by me. and i will offer for free to bhw.
 
How are you offering it for free when you are charging 5% fees?

And who holds the money then? Who decides when and if payments are released?

Sorry but sounds open to abuse. You're not even giving an explanation how it would work and where the money would be held.
 
Money will be keep by hhw moderators or owner, they will decide ( like shitlist ).
All i wanna say its - im glad to create the platform thats all
 
And that's why it will be rejected. Mods and other staff do not want the responsibility of financial transactions. Accusations of bias will be rife.

I'm also pretty certain that the site owners have enough to deal with without starting something like this.
 
You are offering your development hours for free to create an escrow platform for BHW.
Developing is the easiest part.
BHW owner can easily hire a top tire development firm to do it.

But managing such a system can be a pain in the ass. There are not enough moderators. Moderators are volunteers, they don't get paid.
It most likely will not happen.
 
I understand but without sacrifice will be not victory. I will keep my purpouse
 
I like the idea though. It will virtually kill shitlist section in my opinion.
