Hello,
Did you hear about situation like this?
Who woulbe sued? channel owner or adsense owner as he is getting profits from stolen videos?

Isn't channel owner and AdSense owner same person.

Channel owner will be sued.

It doesn't have to be this same person.
Fe. If you buy monetized channel and dont change personal information. Just connected your own adsense.

Your thread its a bit confusing .If you mean that someone can be sued for stoling other people videos then its hard to think ,but it can happen if you stole videos from big brands ,companies etc .But firstly its a bad strategy to do this as you loose your time because youtube will ban your accounts and its a little chance that maybe you will get sued .Its a very small probability but who knows ,it can happen

I know it is possible to be sued as I read about it and question isn't about strategy.
Only question is who would be sued. Channel owner or person which is taking profits from channel (adsense owner)
