it is good to check all the links which you have recently built, if there are any spammy backlinks then it may affect your website. Or else as all said it would be google dance.

How do i get to know that links i have in WMT are spammy in eyes of google.?

Don't do anything for next 2-3 weeks. Don't build any type of links for next 20 days.

No one can tell what it is... It may a be penalty or Google dance though....
My keyword drooped from 21 to 173 now back to 14...

Check in SEMRush if you lost more positions from one month ago. You might have been tracking only one KW, but I am sure you were ranked somewhere for some other low search ones.

Is it just on a fixed position much lower than before, or is it changing daily?
