Successfully rotating 100 Accounts & making 1000 manual comments

(Sorry if this is too much info... First time posting. Just wanted to paint an accurate picture so I can get some help.)

Hey Guys,

I'm looking to manually access 100 Instagram accounts throughout the day via my PC's browser.
From these 100 or so accounts I am looking to manually comment and hold multiple conversations on the same post. Comments/conversations can't be automated, so I have an intern (or even myself) readily available to do these comments.

Between all 100 accounts, my goal initial goal with this is to get between 1000-2000 comments on the post within 24 hours.

I'm looking to get some help on how I can accomplish this.. One person, working from one computer, one connection.

About a 1.5 months ago, I purchased around 70 accounts from freelancers in Middle Eastern areas. I haven't used the much since. About 40 accounts have been flagged & get “Suspicious Login Attempts” / “We Detect An Unusual Login Attempt”. I repeatedly have to do verification via email. And if I logout & log in, usually I have to do email verification again. I'm guessing that the accounts & my proxy server is flagged.

I purchased 10 initial test Proxy IP addresses from instantproxies. But at the rate that I'm getting the Suspicious Login Attempt messages, its looking like I will have to find more private/less used proxies.

With the information I have given so far, does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish my goal? I don't know much about proxy servers & IG. Just the bit I have learned from researching these forums (I still get confused).

If I have 100 IG accounts & am looking to make 1000 comments about evenly amongst the accounts, can anyone suggest...

1. How many clean/unflagged Instagram Proxys I will need?
2. A reputable service that I can get some IP addresses from? (I have read about dedicated proxy, mobile 4G proxy, and seen something mentioned about socks. But I'm not sure what would be suitable here. I just know a shared proxy will not do, from what I've read)
3. Browser Login/Proxy server Rotation suggestions... For example: Login to 5 IG accounts on first proxy, Make Comments, clear Browser history/cache, change connections proxy IP, login to next 5 IG accounts, REPEAT)
4. Buying accounts from United States origin? Would this make a difference?

**NOTE* - For #3 I would just do trial & error tests, but it just seems like once IG flags your login with the Suspicious Login warning, ALL attempts that follow regardless of clean proxy or not lead to Suspicious Login warnings. So trying to get some help that might save me some time of tough lessons.

I'm pretty really stuck with how to move forward. So whether it be direct solutions, or topics to read up on, any help would be appreciate.

This is to save time & energy between comments. Uses chromium browser & chromedriver

Could you let me know where you'd find someone to write a script like that? Here on the board? (im a newb)

The script works, but is completely useless because I can't login to many Instagram accounts without getting a Suspicious Login Attempt error.

I'm a newb also. Found the developer on upwork. Theres freelancer.com also. I actually didn't know that this forum has a hire section. I may look into hiring someone here, if they can help me.

I'd also be willing to pay anyone that can advise me on how to fix my problem.
