Not really as those subscribers may be fake or not interested in your content and therefore will not engage with your videos which can negatively impact your metrics and analytics.

I wouldn't recommend buying subscribers, they might not be active or interact with your videos. Is better you join a community where people help each other out by subscribing and watching each other's content. This way, you'll see more authentic engagement and your channel will grow more naturally.

If you want organic growth, then it is not. But in many other cases, it can be very much helpful. That is why there is so much demand of good smm panels.

Almost 90% of the time you will get bots, inactive or just users who unsub when buying youtube subscribers.

Yes, you can buy. Like if you are posting a music album, initial views and subscribers on channel will decide further response on the channel.
It depends on why you want to buy subscribers. I bought high quality subscribers for my channel to meet the threshold for joining the YouTube partner program, there was no problem.

It depends on the service you get and the provider you use because I don't think they will cause problems if these are quality and maybe real services. You should be careful when choosing your provider to avoid any problems with your channel.
