If the subscribers are good quality accounts then they are good for monetization. you can get monetizable subscribers at Accountboosts.com you can get some free subscribers when you register.

A lot of people say that buying subscribers is bad because there's no interaction, but I have a different take on it
I once read an interview with a YouTube algorithmist and when asked,

"Will the algorithm be adversely affected if my subscribers don't watch my channel's videos?"

Answer :
"The chances of that happening are very small. If a subscriber doesn't watch a video on your channel, your video won't be recommended to the subscriber's personal account, but it will still be seen by others."

Can you mention what smm is it?

You can do a 60/40 thing. 60 organic for true engagement, and 40 for figurehead.
