We have determined that this is a valid subpoena, and we are required to provide the requested information. We plan to turn over documents in response to the subpoena unless you intervene in the case within one (1) week of the date of this notice. You should go with DDoS-Guard is the best alternative to cloudflare, but is paid.
You can't do nothing, i recommend you stay away from cloudflare right now and changing domains etc.

Cloudflare HQ and most of company are based in US, for sure they have points around the world. But they must provide all logs, information they gathered from you.

The issue is not giving the data, the issue is who is trying to do that to you.
DDoS-Guard is the best alternative to cloudflare, but is paid. DDoS-Guard most servers and HQ (HeadQuarters) are in Russia.

In the past DDoS-Guard was a free plan, right now they disable that. But they ignore a lot of complaints.

Now what you need to do? Moving on from cloudflare or make a reverse proxy.

They can obtain details from you, but if is a person who wants to sue you probably will be harder if you are far away from them. They can have the info and doesn't do nothing with that.
Always depend where you live and who asked for the information.

Yes when I mean ccTLD i mean country ccTLD. I recommend you use .ru, .su, .cr, .to, .se, .sc, .li

And use or transfer your domains to offshore domains or anonymous domains like
Njal.la
securednet.su (they sell anonymous domains)

If I was you I should move or change your main domain to any ccTLD (.ru, .su, .cr, .to, .se, .sc, .li)

What was in the attached letter they sent you? Probably explains what this is all about. It's probably for DMCA, a company trying to get your details to sue you. I'm not sure what you do exactly. If you added fake info, it should be good, I don't think they will bother to go after it. Unless you did something criminally, then there's a possibility they could go after your ISP to identify you and stuff. But for piracy, very unlikely, unless it's like a big police operation.
