if you're an internet marketer on squidoo, you know the value of having hot keywords in your squidoo lens domain.
the only problem is that 9 out of 10 times, these hot keywords are already taken by marketers that are quicker than you.
here's a simple example,
webhosting <- taken
web-hosting <- taken
at this point, most people give up and start thinking of different keywords...only to find that most of the hot keywords have only been taken.
shame on you....you shouldn't give up so easily....
....what kind of a black hatter are you anyway?
webhosting <- taken
web-hosting <- taken
web-hosting- <- taken
web-hosting-- <- AVAILABLE
web-hosting--- <- AVAILABLE
AND SO ON
do the dashes matter? will they hurt your seo ranking?
now, i know what you're thinking 'but tonlilaz, that's really retarded because nobody's gonna remember 15 dashes in your squidoo url'
and i say, if you're using squidoo strictly for seo and marketing purposes...you don't really give a flying f* for type-in traffic. as long as the search engines read word1 -word2....
more stupid squidoo tricks to come..... stay tuned

Google will take word1-word2 and read it as word1 and word2 as long as you utilize the dash.
