stupid plugin question

Forgive me but I am new to this. I have access to my own blog that is tied to a domain that has thousands of bloggers just like me. I can't get into the html but I can post new content and add pages if I want to. I was considering purchasing an autoblogging WP plugin but didn't even know if I could use it since I don't actually host the blog. Is this something that I could even use?
