I have a new DSL connection this time it is a 2-Wire modem, worked fine for more than a week I woke up one morning and was taken to the AT&T website, where I had to input some stuff I don't remember and the system password etc. It worked fine for another 30 minutes and then it started resetting. It will be on for 15 seconds and then it will restart, it has been doing this over and over again for 48 hours now. So AT&T sent over a tech, he checked the line and replaced the modem and determined it was a problem upstream somewhere. So he said they'd fix it at their end. Two hours later, another tech comes out and says and does EXACTLY THE SAME THING. I had to argue with him that the first guy had already replaced the modem and it didn't change anything. So here I sit... I figured if anybody could figure this out it'd be someone on this forum, please tell me what hints I can give these guys so they can fix the problem! THANKS!
