Structured Data Opportunities

Anyone know of any web platforms that trade or deal in structured data/lead lists(not implying email) things like that on an individual or peer to peer basis. I would be interested to research it. I know connect.data does the 1 for 1 trade on business leads but im not sure how legal that is. But other things too like structured web data and what not. Like for instance if someone had 14 columns of data on a list of urls hosting pages pretending to be womens health or shape. Or even lets say a million clicks worth of user data from the Facebook ads platform. Just a general marketplace/community for that specifically. I would appreciate the direction. This is a good question I feel like. Relevant to the contemporary digital market, which is what this new black hat world is exactly, this layout suggests to me
