1.Try to put first add in header, the type of add should be banner and size of banner depends on your site.
2.Next add should be place between the content/post and its must be banner type add.
3. Ad sense allow 3 ads per page, so your first Add is on header and other two ads between the content, if you want to add another ads program then you can put its ads in sidebar.
