I created a whitelabel cam site using Stripcash. Received more than a thousand clicks and 50 signups, but none of those signups got verified. I was shocked, and when I checked, I discovered that the registration verification email was going to the spam folder.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Also their payment gateways sometimes don't work. So users WANT to buy, but they can't.

My verified rate has been the same for years. But in the last 1-2 weeks I've heard from a few different places that emails are going to spam. Maybe

That sounds really strange! It’s definitely not normal for the verification emails to go to the spam folder, especially if you're using a platform like Stripcash. I’d recommend reaching out to their support team directly to report this issue. They should be able to investigate and help resolve it quickly. It’s worth checking if there’s a misconfiguration on their end or something related to email delivery settings.

Reached out to support team and account manager as well. It's been 3 days, still no response :(

That's frustrating! I know that other forums have specific channels where support tends to respond faster. Maybe check if Stripcash has a presence on those platforms or try reaching out through social media sometimes they’re more active there.

Contact your Stripcash AM.

They reply extremely slow, I have been in contact with two different people of Stripcash in the past. On e-mails they have never replied to me; on Skype generally within a few days.

Some whitelabels are sending the e-mails from the whitelabel domain without proper DNS/email set-up so they have a high chance of getting in the spam folder. That's why I am always promoting the direct brand. Has way better name recognition eitherway.

Maybe try promoting Stripchat, Bongacams, Strippeaches, CherryTV or whatever directly?

anyone can explain what needed they to accept me , i want to create one account ppl pps etc .. i work with stripchat , bonga cam , cams etc in 2020 to imonetizeit.com and paid me 1.6$ for lead ..
what needed to get for approval ?
how to avoid denied ? 100% successful rate?
if someone help

Try changing the sender domain or warming it up, might help a lil.

I have found that even the verified sign-ups are about a ~2-5% conversion rates to a sign up and then the verified sign-ups going to paying customers is also low. The starting funnel is just massive to get 1 conversion, but in time they stack up.

you have to warm up the domain or change the email sender, you could use clerk they are good but pricy

Opinions about StripChat / Stripcash

I want to know the opinion of experts in the sector.

Is the white label offered by StripChat better?

I am developing a platform to make it SEO independent with memorised files to position them, as well as prioritising speed above all else.

I would be delighted if you would share your opinion with me.

Yes, you’re not alone. This is a fairly common issue with whitelabel setups. Verification emails often land in spam due to shared sending domains/IPs, strict spam filters, or missing email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). When that happens, signups won’t complete verification even if traffic is real.

Thanks for sharing your experience :)
I'm thinking of doing it without registration or payments, with the important parts like the one you mention pointing to Stripcam for the important stuff, but with control over SEO.

I'm continuing with my tool for StripChat.

What I'm doing is creating a system that allows me to customise SEO to the maximum. In addition to highly optimised loading! The numbers are very good so far.

The truth is that currently being able to customise each page and category at the SEO level can be a big plus.

Someone explored this channel, but without pulling the registration or payment API, being an affiliate, and redirecting to Stripchat in the important parts for computing?

Hi, did you make any changes to your whitelabel setup to prevent this?

My approach is to register directly on Stripchat. It has the same front-end options as Stripchat, but is more comprehensive in terms of SEO than the white label. Therefore, there is no such problem with either registration or top-ups.
