Stream farming for music

Hi, I am looking for someone to setup a music streaming farm for me. It should be easily scalable without the help of someone who is technical. The goal will be to generate about 100,000 streams per song across Spotify, Apple Music and Tidal from a natural looking mix of free and premium accounts, within three years. It is absolutely crucial that the songs do not get taken down by the streaming service. All songs will be professionally produced and supported by ad/PR campaigns which will most likely generate the majority of the streams.. I am looking for someone who can do this at minimum monthly cost. I may be interested in having someone manage the whole operation for me, but depending on your rate.
