Strategic & Planned Link Building

After reading a few guides 7 journeys here finally I decided to make links strategically.
Till now I have few links here and there. I have a few guest posts, web 2.0s, and review copy links. I have done all the on-page optimizations. Currently, the site is ranking for a few keywords and getting 100-250 visits per day.

I am going to make links tier wise.

• Tier 1 will get links from guest posts, web 2.0s & authority links from BHW shares.
• Tier 2 will be parasites & web 2.0s

Mainly I am going to make links to the homepage and a few to the inner pages. I am not going to use any software or any paid service.

I have a few questions:

• How many links should I make to the money site and to tier 1 per day?
• How many web 2.0s should I make?
• Any advice?

Following a very similar strategy in a highly competitive niche which by many experts takes up 10-18 months to rank. Will definitely be following this one closely.

Question though: Do you see an issue in pointing DA 70 Guest Posts (tier 2) to your tier 1 Guest posts which are usually DA80?
