Not a single Impression * these two is mine (

I dont understand what happening

There's nothing bad with this, ranking fluctuates a lot because there are tons of factors responsible for that.

Looks normal for a new site
Beside ,the last stats is a 24 hours time frame
Meaning you ain't getting any clicks
 
Looks like they're both new sites? Less than 3 months?
 
It looks fine for a new website. You are hardly getting any impressions, so the clicks are going to be low and your impressions will also fluctuate when the average position changes between 9 and 11. You need to publish more content and build some backlinks to gain more visibility.
