Com'on people, this isn't the end as some of you are referring to
All smart and successful marketers online know that this isn't the end of the world

Facebook will still be good in terms of quality, it will just become harder and mostly only for the smart people in the game

I'm just sick of seeing threads pop up everywhere claiming that this is the end for organic reach
Yes... if you stick to old ways, of course! Do you think Facebook is suddenly against people starting pages and all of that?

The 'FB only wants pages that pay' to succeed is wrong. Most pages don't depend on paid ads and they have large reach, because they take the hard and right way
Facebook NEEDS people that make interesting pages and push out content, otherwise there wouldn't be any good traffic out there for them that actively spends time on Facebook (because of those pages and all the other things)

Facebook just does not know what to do exactly regarding a huge problem: FAKE NEWS
It's the one of the main things that ruined their reputation and they still don't have a complete fix for it
In the meanwhile, they're going to promote the side of socializing with friends more, in order to get the quality back up. Facebook at it's best is when it engages people, not by milking them out of money

Best in their interest is to keep a balance, which is what they're doing

Conclusion: IT'S POSSIBLE UNLESS YOU'RE NOT FIT FOR THIS, ONLY THE SMART PEOPLE WILL SURVIVE!

Agreed. We just have to create new methods like the op suggested and adapt.

What ideas do you guys have in general. In regards to new FB page growth methods?
 
My methods to grow business from FB is create FB Page, related to business and make status update by the busy time when people read something updated status from their friends on their wall feeds. Facebook Page become important now day by day, almost 90% people use FB for their purpose, this is new market besides search engines such as google. When we start social media, it's also would be good signals for google to increase authority of website inside FB.

I spent monet for facebook ads to get new customers who like or willing to buy our products, we need to collecting people who specifically like our products through advertising. This way is easier to do and more targeted. Given the cost of advertising on search engines is more expensive, then we use this alternative and succeed (also cheap).

Then i never miss to use FB Ads to grow more and reach more specific people who love our products.
 
Completely agree with everything you said here. Facebook is always changing and those who succeed are the ones who can adapt without spending too much complaining.

Nobody is going to share their ideas on here unless they're not making a good profit out of it anymore
I'm sorry but that's just how tough it has become now. Just scramble information on forums, get your own experience out of it and combine all the information into one successful method.

That's the best advice I can offer on here

Thank you. All smart marketers will find a way around any hurdle Facebook puts forth. The people that are complaining just have a hard time being clever.
 
Facebook groubs can not be spam with independent ad links.

Facebook fanpage level range will go down, I guarantee.

There is the biggest update fighting spam and fake news.
And fake accounts will be very much on the toll.

Includes multiple acount with same ip.

Depending on how you take advantage of the situation and where your business is going

Yes, they've had the most cristism on the fake news situation and the russian ads
That's one of the things that have ruined their platform. Fake accounts, fake news and spammy content will be detected easily by Facebook

People in general only think of FB as in "I'll make a fake account and make a page on that to spam or send friend requests or post in groups"
Sorry but if people think FB is that stupid... And then they also go rant that FB is 'done', really annoying

Fake accounts aren't dependable unless they've been warmed up properly. Most people don't know how to warm up properly and then complain
Posting links blatantly on Facebook won't work as well as it used to, so people get surprised.
Don't use Facebook as direct traffic, but use it as an indirect source of traffic (they'll never remove posts saying to add you on IG for example)

And then we've got fingerprinting.. one of the main things most people can't even get into place

    Ok FINE ! Blame myself never read their rules, Hey when I first start my FB account , FB still haven't popular yet just because I commit this , they even restrict ME to be GOOD again , create account , as I have learn my lesson. I even tell them I just want back my personal account due to my friends I have met on Facebook, I can remove my page due to infringement stuff , they just claim already give couple warnings so my account disable. Well fine I RESPECT their rules BUT they just totally ban me use FB again since This time I wanna follow their rules .

what you say is true, Marketers don't just rely on FB , simple because over the years too much spamming their ads etc , perhaps this is why FB want to stop once and for all , IN fact they more want u buy FB ad which I also does but sadly they lost one customers and quite a lot using FB for marketing , ironic they also depend want peopel buy their FB

SUMMAY FB is just hypocrites , double face come to Revenue ,

Honestly, barely was able to understand anything, didn't understand what I just read
If you truly want a second account, just create a new user on your windows PC after clearing all the cookies on your Google chrome/whatever browser your use
Then wait a day or two and create a new user on your PC, then make your account on there

Instagram is owned by Facebook. By far, Facebook is more successful than Twitter
I don't see the FB team as hyprocrites, their goal is to make money and I respect that
 
Guys....if you think FB Fan Page will go down, i think you wrong, if you guys use fake account for spamming, DONT do that anymore unless your real account has disable ads for a reason.

Actually nowadays facebook need useful information for every status updated on fan page or group, then dont make spammy updates anymore. Such as google did facebook will do anything to get better (im not on their side but my business could grow more with their facilities, and work).

My way to grown up is, update your useful tips from your product make a benefit for reader, collect specific liker using FB ads, its cheap than spend money to google ads also more targetted (its true).

Again...dont use any spammy methods for your every business purpose or you will lose your kindness from this sort life. Be a good man, ok.

Don't work that way now days , even you managed to make a new FB account after wait for few days , one week even one month later , FB will ask u verify this and that and Ironic , disable u , simply because you use to break their rules and regulations.

some here , using Fake proxy , VPN etc using FB , is just matter of time FB slowly disable your " fake accounts too "


No doubt Instagram owned by FB , in future we never know , Tech industry changed fast. You never know just matter of years a Big New influence social media platform come out etc

Friendster , MSN , ICQ all these can be gone in history , what is Facebook? Technically when Facebook first come out , I see them JUST COPY FRIENDSTER style etc FB is nothing new come to making friends online etc

what you say is TRUE! , this is why I also bring up , some want to be Good after their Only and first FB account get disable , so want to make a 2nd account yet they disable u

basically they just ban u from using FB , just because They have millions and billions of users still inside their data base. Most suspicious is why Send our photos keep disable etc , Next our information still inside their data base even we got disable

Facebook is going to stay. It contains the right audiences to be profitable and it is doing well.

Do realize that they own IG too, so they don't have shortage of any kind of audience. Before any other media can get big, Facebook or another company will have purchased it
Your comments are short thought and when I say when people post shit like 'FB is dead', I'm referring to people like you
 
Yes fb is gonna stay for sure. Its not gonna die. But for small business owners who depend on facebook organic traffic to their websites. It won't be a profitable option. Facebook ad prices will rise. 400k fanpage was enough to bring in solid traffic to a website. Now you will need three times that.

You all have to grow biggger pages. People with smaller pages will give up and leave fb, or they will grow their fan base.

The problem with facebook is that there isn't enough users and the newsfeed is cluttered with posts from pages and big and small. Instagram does not have that problem, soon enough it will as more business's small or big clutter instagram as well.
 
Fake news is not problem of FB is any social net. Also any normal media as newspaper,radio,TV many time have to set things right they was ly about.
