In my experience on a forum you need to just ignore the threads that bother you. Honestly how much energy and time did you waste starting this thread? About the same amount that I am wasting replying to it.
Though, I think people should think more. This forum use to be all about making money online/offline. Now it has come to the point about bitching about other threads about Google.
Neither YOU or anyone else can see the future, so how do you know this will or won't happen? How do they know? You and They Don't KNOW!
Just get back to work and make some more money.

This pretty much sums it up. The majority of the people that are making complaints about Google are most likely doing so because they can't make it work for them and are frustrated.
If they want to bitch and moan and waste their time rather buckle down and learn to make it work, I say let them. It won't have any effect on Google at all.
As for Google dying...although you can never be 100% about anything, I don't foresee anything happening to them for a very long time except more growth. They are not just a search engine anymore. Google is one of the largest most influential corporations today. They are continually expanding, and in some cases leading, a lot of the next generation technology in many different areas..

The next big things that are just being rolled out are Google TV and smart TV technology. Google has teamed up with Intel and Sony and this, and the possibilities with it are huge. Don't forget mobile marketing. Google owns one of the top mobile advertising companies as well.
It won't be long before Google's broadband service comes out either. That will be another huge change.

Again, nothing is ever 100% certain, but it will take a hell of a lot to make even a dent in Google's growth IMHO.
