Stop calling me "Dear".

pls "suggest me" another name dear

Unfortunately it is one of those situations that make native speakers cringe but at the same time you can't really take offence as it is the way that some people have been taught and they are trying to be polite and show respect.
I don't think anybody would have a problem if you asked them to address you differently, I usually ignore it or start calling people mate to make it less formal.

Occasionally I like to look through previous PM's and skypes that start out with Dear then end with death and rape threats to family members because I have called them out for being clowns lol, always good for a giggle.

I understand it's not their native tongue, but saying something wrong doesn't make it right just because you can't speak the language.

Man#1: Why did you punch me?
Man#2: You keep calling my wife a "sexy piece of ass".
Man#1: I was trying to be polite and acknowledge her beauty.

depending on the service I order I use this as a red flag.

next in the lounge dont call me, chum, mate, buddy, dude, pal,
