You want real input? I think your post is completly in the wrong place here. Look at other topics where people post methods of how to make $ 100 per week, look at how much resonance they get on BHW. 99 % of People are reading this forum to make some extra bucks, maybe someday beeing able to live of that money. "Web Development is cheap", really? Maybe from some fishy indian guy who got no idea on what he's doing, yes. Both of your only examples are really complex sites, requiring alot of money, time and knowledge to produce.
You come here, talk shit about projects that might have been peoples first trys to make some money of the internet and write like you're the enlighted one. While your message "think outside of the box" is true, your posted examples prove that you have no clue about how to really provide people with useful ideas.
Do you really think you helped someone out with your post?

I think Ste was just telling people they need to up their game. You might not like the delivery of the message but he is right. The majority of those people creating shitty little affiliate sites won't make any money. He isn't knocking anybody personally.

Totally agree. The delivery may not be to everyones taste but not everything needs to be sugar coated. There are far too many sites that people put up and they are crap. Just another copy cat site that won't ever make them a penny.
Often there isn't a nice way of putting things and being blunt, honest and open like that is what is needed to make people stop, think and do something that works.
He wasn't saying that every site needs to be like that. It was a great example to use to make a point which was made very well but he is spot on about too many sites being pumped out that are nothing short of pointless crap. It seems that too many people don't want to be bothered with putting in any amount of effort and think that any site they create is going to be a master piece that everyone will fall over themselves to share.
Regardless of your opinion of the delivery of the message I stand by what he said as it's accurate and true.
