Sorry OP nothing against you at all, I just thought that reply was classic. Clearly these guys don't give a shit, they probably run dozens such sites doing the exact same thing. If they are out ranking you for your own content that sucks. If you are outranking, you may as well just leave it alone. Your content is getting the credibility of being published and indexed first, so you are seen as the original source, and these guys are just "syndicating it from you".... of course it would be nice if they linked back to you, but it doesn't sound like they like to play fair. Sending site into google? Might work, but we all know just how fair and effective their anti-Spam team is don't we. If they do something about, please update this post. Would be good to know their response (if any) in such situations.
