Sorry to disappoint you but its impossible. With all those tumblrs out there you can never find or track the coins. Thats why bitcoin is popular with hackers and the underground in the first place.

Yah, faster you accept that it's gone, faster you can move on.

May we ask how it got stolen? Weak password? Phished?

I got $100 stolen by blockchain once, it happened as soon as i logged to my account on chrome. I think there is a virus/malware that can steal your coins by making a purchase once you logging in.
Use a different browser like Opera for bitcoin only and add 2step verification.

Is Opera more secure than Chrome or the new FF Quantum when it comes to viruses and malware stuff?

I did accept it and move on. It was worth $188 dollars at the time, so I was mad but I let it go after a week of checking my computer for malware( which turned up nothing). Now that it's worth close to $3000, I can't help but remember my loss. Till this day I am not sure what happened. I just woke up one morning and a withdrawal had been processed on my account. I did not have 2FA, but the site said that the person logged into the account in a single try.

Chrome is the most used browser in the internet, hackers can use it to install some app extension that will allow them to steal your information. I once got my fb ad account hacked because of some chrome app.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I couldn't really pinpoint what happened in my case.

Did it happen as soon as you logged in? If thats the case, its probably some virus or malware.

No, it happened while I was asleep at 4am and my devices could not have been accessed. My laptop ran out of battery that night, and I put my phone in airplane mode before going to sleep.

you should always launch chrome in incognito mode whenever you want to login to confidential site like blockchain. This will disable all extensions and plugins for that particular session and you escape the risk of getting sniffed by a malicious extension or plugin.
