I have a doubt ..
Consider abc.com(MONEY SITE) is a site with unique content and backlinks only with high PR and authority backlinks ..
TIER 1 will have abc.blogspot.com(OFFICIAL) and a few more tier 1 sites .. TIER 1 is drip fed with random backlinks ..
TIER 2 will have keyword.blogspot.com which is pointing only to OFFICIAL web 2.0 site with scrapebox blast ..

QUESTION : With the money site rank for the keywords ?? Is it whitehat ??

A scrapebox blast isn't white hat..or did i miss something?

If white hat link building is the natural or manual link building, interlinking that web 2.0 plus blasting your tier 2, I would consider that a grey hat since you are tweaking or manipulating for better rankings.

I think that using of automated tools(scrapebox blast) is never whitehat..

It all depends on the strength and quality of those tier 1 sites linking to your money site. You are going to need a decent number of them to rank for your keyword.

If you are using spun content and scrapebox no this is not white hat.

To keep it totally white hat you must be posting 100% unique content on your tier 1 sites, even some overlapping duplicate content quoting references from other 2.0's to interlink them.

Hope this helped clear it up a little. Remember relevance is key.
