A better woman would have left him and not cheated, but the end result is the same. He needs to work on being a better man.
It's harsh, I know.
But in life it's just better to take as much responsibility as possible. You are literally taking power.
The world is what the world is. Rather than blame the world for what it is, it's better to mold yourself into a stronger character in order to achieve what you want from the world.
As for the general consensus.. Yeah, but the world has gone very anti-men.
Men *are* biologically more likely to cheat, however.
Women cheat when they are missing something. They are looking for the thing they are missing in another man. When they find it, they generally will die for that man and not cheat.
Some men are more likely to cheat than others. Not all men cheat. (Younger usually)
But, when a non-cheating man cheats(usually a 30+ man), it's usually because he's with a woman that doesn't appreciate or value him, and he's cheating because the other women is giving him the attention.
Literally what people do in the real world is akin to playing World of Warcraft as a level 1 character, and running around getting killed by level 20's and crying that the game is unfair, instead of leveling up.

It's not about "money and muscles".
If you are fat, weak and out of shape, that's not masculine. That shows you have a weak mind.
A strong mind keeps a strong body and resists junk food.
You don't need to be shredded with a 6 pack. This is just sillyness, but you should be in good shape and be disciplined with your health.
Money I agree. Women don't care about you having fast cars and watches.
BUT, what they do like is a man who has is shit in order. If you can't afford to pay your bills then what quality women is going to pick you as the leader of her future family?
Making more money IS good, but even if you're just a plumber, you should still be a focused disciplined man who has his life in order.
But usually, men who make money are disciplined, focused, confident. This is why women go for men with money. It's not the money, it's who they are.
You should dress well and take care of your appearance. Laziness/apathy is not attractive.
You can't just be a fat slob with no money on universal credit and expect that there are millions of quality women who would like to be with you. It's not real.
It's actually EASIER than ever today to get a quality woman, because most men are weak, emotional and feminine. Hell it's easy to dominate in business. In the 80's men were fucking killers. Today, they're afraid to even pickup the phone and make a call.
This is not about some stupid instagram image of being a playboy millionaire. It's about being a quality man who is driven by his goals, not his emotions.
It's not a healthy approach to say "fuck that bitch". That is exactly what the super-feminine men are doing. Hating women because they can't get quality women. She's not the devil because she cheated. Sure, it's a little shitty, but shit happens. Deal with it, man up and move on. Ask why it happened and what you need to do in the future to not let it happen, instead of just taking the stance of blaming the girl. I guarantee that approach will just lead to more girls cheating, or eventually settling for a really low quality woman.
Which is absolutely fine for any young man or woman.
No one owes anyone shit.
Why should a girl stay with someone if she finds better? She doesn't owe that person anything. If THEY are not doing a good enough job to be the best partner for her then tough.
Likewise for guys.
People are only young once, and they SHOULD be using that time to find the best partner for their life.
It's different if you're 40 and have kids. You've made your choice and you shouldn't be looking for others unless you have a toxic partner..
But for someone young, now is the time for them to date and find the right person.
