I have been reading around forums and looking for the best solution on how to hide myself from DMCA complaints in the future. I haven't received any yet, but just to stay save I'd like to make myself a ghost in the best possible way. But before doing that I would like to consult with someone who has experience with this and take a look at my next steps to see what could be the biggest gaps, etc as well as provide me with piece of advice
Here it is:
1) Buy proxy of highest anonymity.
2) Using it register with fake identity and transfer current website to offshore host which ignores DMCA.
3) Do the same with domain name at offshore domain registrar.
4) Pay for everything using Paypal account with fake identity and then delete it once transactions have been made. (Will transfer money from my original Paypal tho)
Since most of my traffic comes from Facebook page where I post pictures (obv. no rights to do so) and link to my website. I am thinking to do this with Facebook as I control the page through my main profile:
1) Create a few Facebook accounts using proxies and transfer page admin rights to them while removing any rights from my main profile.
2) Keep page updated using proxies.
Now here are my own thoughts about this strategy:
1) First of I am sure Facebook keeps a track record of everything and it would be a piece of cake to actually trace back the real owner of the page.
2) My website is full of Google ads, thus Google could reveal my identity to anyone who has gone far enough to trace my ass.
3) I assume if somebody really would like to get my ass in court, someone good in this, would easily trace back my original IP covered behind proxies.
Anyway, I wouldn't think that someone would waste so much time and money for a few pictures posted, thus I require medium level of anonymity. As far I see, this strategy provides just that. What do you think?
Also, I am located in Europe if that changes anything in terms of getting fined for copyright infringement. 99.8% of my traffic comes from USA tho.

I am looking for a good offshore hosting which ignores DMCA. I believe the one located in Mexico would be perfect in terms of speed. However, if the ones located in Europe can provide good download speed too, than I am down for it. Same with offshore domain registrar.
