I can't give you the network name, because they have a thread here.
COD = cash on delivery
Basically, the user place an order on the website, right on that moment the network place your sale "on hold". The Call Center will call the customer and if he confirm the order, you will be credited.
I promoted a $40 product, my comission it was $13
I did not understood why I have so many canceled orders, untill I ran some ads on my native language and I really monetized the fb page inbox.
A lot of people were complained to me that the girl from the Call Center told them that only 1 product IS NOT DOING ANYTHING and they need to buy at least 5 ($150 worth). And I'm getting a ridiculous $13 for this...but obviously most of the people will just cancel the order when they hear they need to pay triple!
So....take the conclusion yourself
