Stats for a client and manage clients

Hey guys, I have a couple of questions and I hope some of you can shine some light.

1. This client asks me for a weekly inform of the account I created and manage for him. That was yesterday so I don't really know what kind of stats should I send him to not look poor as fuck. I though about total followers, 1 day followers and weekly followers. Being an account so new I have no clue on what to show him. (I'm getting likes for the posts and he is still not promoting anything to get leads to)

2. How do you manage to manage Instagram accounts for others? I mean I have been rejecting not local clients because I'm afraid of getting clients from other country and having problems with the IP's. And of course of using Jarvee and getting banned while they are using the account and Jarvee is botting.

1. For now, send him daily follower growth, engagement statistics after a few weeks start adding more stats. For example, which post type brings him most views/likes (carousel, picture, video), his most liked content.
2. For now stick to local clients and get comfortable with managing them then when you feel everything is stable (No PV's, EV's or bans) you can start accepting foreign clients. Use residental or mobile proxies.

Send him some graphs and shit.

What did you tell him you would provide?

Provide proof of that.

Yeah. I think that for now the stats are going to be more simple. I run +50 accounts and never had any banned, some PV's time to time on new accounts, but pretty stable. I'm just worried to have an account on Jarvee and also on a smartphone thousand of km away. I guess you were saying to get IP from the country of the client right? Thank you!

That's the "problem". I don't think they know that much about instagram, a company contacted me to create a personal profile for a client and get a lot of followers, that's all haha. They didn't gave me a goal or a website or anything at all, so right now I'm focusing just on the number of followers.

Then you screwed up.

If you are selling something you need to let the client know what they are buying and how you will prove to them that what they are paying for is what you are delivering.

I'd send them day-by-day growth, showing how many followers they gained. Depends on how much they're paying as well. If it's a small client I personally wouldn't send analytics weekly, only on request. Too much hassle and really, all the analytics are on their account and/or third party apps. Usually they're happy with just the day-by-day growth. If it's a bigger client, show them how many new users you've reached with posts.

Whatever you do, don't set the expectations too high and remember "under promise - over deliver". Also in addition to the stats, keep them in the loop about what youre working on for that week and what will you be working on the following. Most people just want to be in the know and see the progress.

Thank you for your answer. This time the client was a little strange, he was expecting thousand of followers in just one month, because I don't think he will pay me for much longer. I told him that if he wanted organic followers that's not how it works and after explaining him what growth he can expect (is on my niche) he accepted, so I will try my best to keep him as longer as possible.

With the passage of time, you have to face the issues related to the clients' data management. You must have to hire a peraon who can manage all kind of such aspects in order to keep your business smooth. Best of the luck for the future of your business!
