Static Homepage with Important Money Articles Vs. Latest Posts

Is keeping the homepage limited with 3/4 most important money articles can make them rank better as the homepage link juice will be divided on those only?

OR

Keeping it as "Latest Posts" to have a fresh content on Homepage.?

Note: I'll point a PBN for the homepage.

If i was at your place, I will definitely go with latest posts on HomePage. (always fresh content)
 
The juice from your homepage will flow through your site, so my choice is latest posts.
 
I never rank homepages themselves. I always go for inner pages and homepage is a combination of static with recent articles. If your intelinking is done right, it really doesn't matter. Plus, I have a feeling that inner pages rank better than homepages.

I don't want to rank the Homepage at all, I just want to put few posts on Homepage (Important money articles), So the link juice of the homepage will be limited on 3 or 4 inner articles so those 3 or 4 articles will rank better. What do you think?

hI by this you mean most of your backlinks are directed to your inner pages rather than the homepage?

Yes, that's a good idea. I tend to have them all on homepage via a "scrolling" recent article plugin. Forgot the name. That way they are all there and it doesn't look bad.

No. By that I mean internal linking. Most of my links go to homepage. Around 70% at least.

How about put them in sidebar,nav or harcoded them in site core? sometime we might experience this due to cms we using, cant make them "latest post"
 
Keep the homepage static and link the posts to the homepage.

Good luck with ranking the homepage with latest blog posts as per above comments. Thats not happening easily.

If you use wordpress, then there are plugins for that. Having 200 articles in sidebar is a bit too much.
