Hey everyone,
recently i started collaborating with a small startup to grow their business.
The startup idea is simple: create a network of craftsmen of a particular country who can produce almost any handmade good using the best materials of every region.
The end goal is not to sell those products B2C but B2B, since the design of the products is where the money is made. The profit margin for the single product is not too high, therefore the idea to build the B2B channel.
The network now is ready and the company has got the first orders through their previous contacts. But now it's time to build new channels.
What i thought is using some kind of growth hacking strategies to find the best traffic sources, which includes:
-Guest posting / Buy articles on specific websites
-Start a linkedin campaign to reach business owners/facilities managers?
-Build a fb group around craftmenship's
-Build the ig page showcasing products already created for other projects
-Use some kind of lead providing service
Do you have any suggestion?
