Assume you have the following tools:

A dedicated Server
GSA SER
Scrapebox
Videoscribe
OptimizePress
And $1,000 in cash

200 URLs.. None of which have websites and none of which have made any money. Most are over 2 months old

That's the positives

On the negative side

You just got the tools, and haven't a clue how to use them as yet.
You are $80,000 in debt
You are barely scraping by. Unless you do something insanely clever (but legal) you won't have rent money next month. You will still have the server for a few months as that was paid in advance.

What do you do?

What sort of money is the rent ?
Is it viable to do a JV with an seo VA, they use your tools/server and you sell your services on Fiverr ?

Other option is sell the tools and offload some of the domains.

Try to find a job. Use the $1,000 to live on in the mean time. Once you have a job, start learning how to use the tools and internet marketing in your own time.

Dude seriously? You're over thinking. Sometimes you don't even need money to make money, just ambition, and an internet connection. Realistically, if you're trying SEO you can pick up Scrapebox but that's basically it.

True that. You can make money doing freelancing etc to cover your costs. Then do something else in meantime but primary job should bring in some cash.

But if you got all those tools just go on YouTube and start watching tuts to learn how to use them, or search tuts on forums, you are going to find tons of forums explaining how to use them. You need money to run these tools.
