hi everyone!
after several years of doing ewhoring, I have decided to move to the “bright side of the power”.
i'm writing this post because i'm looking for advice/help from someone smarter, just so i don't get lost in areas i'm not yet familiar with.
I've been locked in my ewh bubble for a long time - I've found my way in the local market, I also have a client base built up here, and with that I'd like to start working with a model - we can make a few dollars right away for further investment, but....
but... the question arises how to find a model, realistically I don't know any willing person, I assume cold messaging through ig etc. will be ineffective due to high competition, do you have any advice on how to find a model in an effective way?
question no.2 assuming that I already have a model, launched a local market, we have some money to invest in advertising, what to invest in? what has the highest return?
at first I was planning to buy a bot for reddit however it is quite a large expense for a start, plus accounts and a lot of time to make it work so the question arises whether it is better to invest the first money in upvote service, or maybe completely let go of reddit and focus on something else?
the plan is this, I start in the local market, we start with tiktok, I put the same content on instagram, youtube. besides that tinder - I don't know how the case is now, I remember that a year ago there was a live face verification, however, as we forced verification by behaving like a bot (e.g. scrolling the whole limit of likes to the right in a fast way) tinder told to verify the account with the old method (the one with gestures) besides other dating apps, I will figure out the online forums, facebook groups, channel on telegram, etc.
forgive me for the inconsistency, I hope it will not interfere with understanding....

I also am an agency owner and what worked for me (after getting models) is hiring competent people in the team. hire VAs for admin tasks and lead generation so you can focus more on important things. after that make sure you hire a team of chatters to support you, unless your model will handle all the chats by herself
