Starting Instagram Journey

Hi, I am a simple website ranking fella, earning single digit a day or sometimes zero. Had seen so many instagram + CPA kinda threads, got my eye. And kinda newbie to instagram, never really used it and reading threads after threads, I know simple things like proxy and warming accounts , etc. But kinda confused on what requirements and tools I would be needing.

So mate, please share your heads up in Instagram game. I saw Valar thread, quite good price or is there any better than that? Is it safe to make accounts from Desktop site of Insta? Seen accounts with followers on Valar website, like do they work for real for simple CPA, are they real people or bot? Help if you have spare time, Thanks.
