Starting in OFM, any tips?

Noticed a lot of guys here are in and around the OF niche

You guys mind sharing any useful details with me?

I'm having trouble finding my first model. I've been trying to poach from classfield ad sites, escorting sites etc. Contacting them on site and via their phone number if possible but I've not had a single response and I've message a lot of accounts

Honestly, any information you can give would be helpful

Appreciate any comments in advance

Have you tried reaching out on Instagram or TikTok? Many creators are active there, and a professional, straightforward pitch might work better. Also, consider networking in local communities or forums where aspiring models might hang out

Kind of tried reaching out to a few a I know IRL who sell content on Snapchat etc but they wanted to stay solo

Will definitely try that out though, focusing on the smaller creators who I can convince that I can bring value to what they're selling

Also, are you aware of any such forums?
 
Make sure your model is shit hot and not some munter. Be a start.

Honestly though, I've seen some pretty average girls doing pretty well which I was surprised with

A friend of mine's girlfriend was even doing well, these guys out here are desperate for anything with a pulse I think

Yes i was thinking of becoming a model myself... think I'd top out in top 10.
 
I got my first model by buying her contract. It was a risk, but it was worth it. I didn't spend too much time searching for the right model rather than having a good onboarding system and knowing what to do. You can easily find cheap contracts, about $500 or even less.

And I guess an average beauty girl can work well because she's more realistic rather than a model who's wonderful but is there mainly for the money. Try to build a lore/story around her and why she's an OF girl, and you'll spill a lot of money, trust me!

There are multiple ways to find models, but I’d say right now the least effective would definitely be through socials like Instagram as they get spammed daily.

Once you find a model set her up on different social media platforms, once you see results I recommend focusing on that to increase revenue then focusing on another platform.

Now more than ever girls are looking for management, take a good look at what they’re doing and which platforms they’re not performing well on, pitch that you can improve this specifically to start

Ayy, I actually saw a comment of yours on another thread and wanted to ask you but the thread was slightly unrelated and I didn't wanna be "that" guy and couldn't figure out how to message you, I appreciate you taking the time to leave some insight

Curious about the contracts, is there like an actual contract you ask them to sign? Guessing there is like a generic contract out there you can just modify to be fit for purpose? Or is the whole thing more of just a gentlemens/verbal agreement?

Yeah, honestly I think that might be why they do kinda work, the people paying for their content feel like they are actually within their league

So, regarding the contract, there are multiple ways to do this. You can simply try to search for something online and ask GPT to help you craft a pro forma agreement by working on the prompt. On the other hand, yes, they might already have a pre-built agreement, which sometimes means some clauses are not that good or complete, IMHO.

I mean, the lore/story of your model is something even deeper. You gotta invent a story about why she's an onlyfanser rather than being idk a teacher or an office employee. You can create a story where mostly these men can feel the power of feeding and spoiling a poor little girl who is trying to make it, while you can satisfy them with your naughty content or whatever your mind can create.

Agreed, I plan on trying to get a general presence on all main platforms and then focus in on the ones which bring the most traffic

Also regarding the income split etc, what are the going rates on %? I've heard anything from 10% to 50%, 10% seems a little on the low side to me for the work that needs to be put in but 50% also seems to high that the creator will be like huh?!

Regarding the lore, it was a little on the grey part of things but I did have a whole X account at one point with this whole plot and story behind it. Worked pretty well for what I needed it for at the time so I definitely understand the importance of a good story/history

The split is always the hit-or-miss part of the deal.
Usually, ask for at least 50% (if the model is small or medium). If she's pretty experienced, you can go up to 45%. But usually, I'm asking about 60-65% to be sure to have enough money for traffic and chatters.

Don't try hire escorts or strippers, 99% of them likely have pimps or other people behind the scenes who will try to steal the earnings.

You ideally want to hire girls who have tried OF and failed. Otherwise, IG is always the king for outreach but do not target saturated hashtags or ones that mention OF, they will have got hundreds of messages from other agencies already. You need to look for unique hashtags which are less common and popular where you can do your outreach.

Outreach to every single model you can, doesn't matter how they look, even the hottest girl on OF can make $0 if she has no traffic and the ugliest can make far more if she has good traffic.

Make sure you have a solid plan in mind for good traffic too. Getting a model is the easiest part of this. Maintaining a model and actually profiting with good traffic is where most people drop out.

Starting out I was thinking of just doing the chatter myself, you think that's a bad idea?

Was just thinking that with being new, I don't really want to be hemorrhaging on expenses too much

I get you, I had this one girl who was down and everything but the replies were so damn slow that there was no way it was ever going to work realistically, told her to hit me up when she wants to take it serious. She seemed happy to continue just selling on Snapchat unfortunately

Make sure that your chatting experience is enough.
Most of the money comes from tips and messages which means you gotta be a great chatter to get enough money!

Yeah I got some past experience with social engineering and stuff from years back, should be alright at adding a bit of finesse

Also, I was thinking about that. Am I right in thinking it's best to run pages under free subscription and then focus on the tips/messages and pay to view content? I feel like having the subscription itself for free will draw people in more naturally
