So I am taking action right now and creating a blogger blog about Internet Marketing. My plan is to make 3-6 posts a day about various IM software/product reviews and such. I also plan to submit articles on ezine or other article directories which will promote my blog. My goal is to make a few dollars a day at least. This will actually be my first professional blog/website.

Not bad idea, but IM niche is kinda full. But still, you can try.

I would also start with something else. IM is saturated and it seems that you're still not making any money (no offense).

Couldn't you create a blog about something you know more about? It will be much more easier for you to write about things you know.

Yeah because I really do not know much about IM but I hear that IM cb products convert well so that's why I was going to post articles after spinning them. Well I thought I give it a shot. If I were to pick a niche that I know about it would have to be about gaming, guns or music lol.

Internet Marketing is a very big niche, it depends on what keywords you are targeting. There are some great keyword research tutorials which you can use on BHW to find the best keywords, target them and build backlinks. You can get some good traffic and earning few bucks using adsense is not actually a difficult task if you work hard and post original content.

You've chosen a big niche boy! But if there's a will there is a way. I would suggest you to start with a single factor of optimization like link building, write on link building softwares, how you can get links keeping the website safe from penguin, post-penguin link acquisition and pre-penguin factors etc. Once you've a stable audience coming to your blog, you can move to other dimensions of the industry.

Good luck Mate.

Free Blogger blog, with most likely not even having own domain in one of the most competitive niches you can find - yeah, that's a winner recipe you got there.

IMO best way would be to look into some niche that's not even remotely as competitive, so that you'd learn how to rank sites, and get to know SEO a bit more first. You know, need to lern to walk before you can run.

I know it is a very large niche but I will give it a go and see how it turns out. The backlink software reviews seems like a great idea.

Making use of ezine articles is an effective way for your success..

Are you going to review the software yourself, or take other people's word for it?

For example: Would you review xrumer as being good, or bad, or "it depends on how you use it?"

Buying all that software to review it will get kind of expensive.

What would make someone go to your blog and trust you, as opposed to visiting BHW?
