Starting a web agency, need a salesperson.

I have over 10 years experience in Photoshop and coding. I can create fully responsive websites from scratch. I need a person to get me clients. You won't have to focus on making websites at all and I won't have to focus on the marketing side of it.

What I really need to know is: can you make Bootstrap Wordpress theme's and psd's?
I can create one of the latter myself, I'm very good at PS myself but can't code them.

Thing is: get me theme's with 50-150 files (psds, theme pages) and I can get you a whole lot of sales.
