After a couple months of coming across this subject and some talking with people in this domain, I have decided to learn more about this field in hopes that I start a proxy business.

I have access to basically unlimited SIM cards which I can recharge with $6/month (28 days). This will offer me unlimited 4G Data, unlimited Romanian sms's & calls and 300 minutes of call time with US, Canada and European countries. I included sms & call minutes too because, since I get them in the same subscription, why not use all the resources I receive, so hopefully I can expand more than only 4G proxies. Electricity is cheap and 1Gbps internet costs $10 a month. Taxes are also very low, one of the lowest from Europe (only about 1% income tax for businesses, which goes higher as you grow but not to crazy numbers)

Given those figures, should I give it a try? I'm completely outside of this field, what do I need to learn? What kind of equipment should I be looking towards and what software should I run? How do rotating proxies work and how much cost would they add? Is it possible to change the IP of a SIM card so I can have multiple proxies from a single $6/mo SIM? What are some details that should be useful when going on this journey?
