starting a blog, some advices needed

hello i just want to start a blog, i have readed a lot here at BHW about runing a blog, but i have a critical doubt at the very start of the process:

do i need to look for a profitable niche or do i need to write about something i like it a lot?

i have very basic & commons hobbies: video games (pc and consoles), gamer computers, movie, tv shows.

i'm asking because i found a lot of thread that mention to start a blog is better to start from a profitable niche but i also has found threads talking about is better to work on blog about something i like.

so, that is my very first question, hope the gurus of blog writing can help me with this simple advice.

Always go with the niche which you are passionate about. It might not be big at first but it’ll grow.
