Hi, Im launching a new site targeting 80 longtail KWs (low/med) all in the same niche, to get the site ranked for as many longtails as possible and become an authority site.

Strategy:

1 - 80 articles of 500 words of original targeted content, to be released 2 per day at random times and repeating every 40 days.

2 - Each article targeting 2 longtail KWs (Main longtail in title, 1st paragraph and center paragraph - Second longtail in 1st paragraph, middle paragraph and land last paragraph) so each lontail is mentioned 3 times in the text per article.

3 - Each article contains two pictures, main longtail in 1st picture alt, and second longtail in the 2nd pic.

4 - H1, H2, and H3 Tags contains main keyword - or should I use a mix of the main and second longtail??

5 - Keyword in anchor text of at least one external and internal link for each longtail - also not sure??

What do you think? Any advice?

I think your are putting too much thinking about it.

First I love your approach and your schedule... What I would like to note is that you have main article with main keyword. Do search find the LSI keywords and have a list of LSI keywords for every main keywrod. Now write content That really satisfies your customer ( It really matter a lot nowdays... People sharing your artciles and blah blah makes a huge difference ) and don't worry a lot about how many pics.. how many paragraphs..words.. keyword density. Focus more on writing great Article helpful with insane INLINK structure :)

And I would say push it to +150 pages to move from a Micro Authority to a Themed Niche.. If those 80 keywords covers the whole things then finish and move on ... Good Luck

I appreciate the great feedback! I have a couple of questios...
- shoul i better focus each article on one kw plus a bunch of LSI? For me the LSIs are pretty much my list of longtail
- what would be an insane INLINK structure?
- would you recommend adding any external links to the articles?
cheers!
