I believe at some point in time while I was messing with it, I downloaded and installed it to my computer. After I had installed it to my computer, my screen turned blue with an error code 0x0000185 and something about a required device missing.
The PC I was using for PPI was under warranty. So I called the manufacturer, and they told me the recovery cd would fix it. I told them perfect, send me one, because my computer didn't come with one. They said that it would only cost me $59 for the recovery cd. So I buy the cd, and a few days later I receive it in the mail.
After I had installed the recovery cd, my computer still didn't work. So I called the manufacture back, and they told me I have a bad hard drive, and I need to mail it to them. I spent another $30 dollars mailing it, but the cost to fix it and mail it back was free.
