The first dollars you earn online, make this whole thing REAL. Great job!

My first check was from Adsense. Good job OP!

Keep on grindin'!

Dude, I spent $35 today on lunch. That's peanuts.

Then how come you were begging for affiliates to sell your shit products about a week ago?

Anyway congrats OP, now scale up :)

Congrats OP. The first money is always difficult but then it becomes real easy.

Thanks everyone. It's a humbling feeling to obtain such an accomplishment. It reminds me of my high school days. For the most part I received A's and B's in high school, but there was this one class I received a C.

It was US Government. I remember the teacher priding himself on how hard his class was. He said he loved having prior students come back after graduating from schools like Berkley, Davis, or Cal Poly, and saying how his class was the hardest class they ever had.

I earned a C in that class, but it felt better then the A's and B's that were on my report card. That teacher had pushed me harder then any of my other teachers, and I think that's what made it such a humbling, and rewarding experience. I learned more in that class then just about US Government.

$35 might not be much, but this $35 is my C.

thats a reason to party mate, congrats on your success, i wish you lots of more checks with lots of more digits on it.

Dude, you are still at the bottom. No offence. But if $35 is the only thing you can earn after 1 year of IM....you need to change professions.

And for everyone congratulating him and saying how inspiring it is - you aren't helping him. Tell him to aim for better and come back to us when that cheque has a few extra zeros on it.

I agree with nishat, but in my case, I mean absolutely no offence by it.

Yes, it's satisfying to get paid, but I hold the belief that your focus determines your destiny... personally, I wouldn't celebrate $35, because doing so is to give it meaning as a number. I'd acknowledge it as an important first step on the way to $1m/mth, but celebrate I would not.

So logician, I'm pleased you got your first dollar (or, 35 of them), but remember now to set your focus and decide what you expect of yourself. Success (or failure, for that matter) is not an accident.

You're JR.VIP and a member for a year making your first 35$
Truly impressive.

Thank you. A wise man once said, "It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop."

You know, when the mailman came to my door, handing me the envelope of success, I was also truly impressed. I did not believe I would reach my goal so quickly, but I did. I succeeded. I never gave up, or listened to youtube's terms of service. I stayed focus, and kept my eye on the prize.

geez some members here are funny, after 1 year he only made 35 bucks then so what, not everybody is the same, some people make 1k in their first month some don't.

After 1 year but the OP is still persistent and refuse to stop after failing and finally reach his goal, even though it is 35 bucks, but it deserve a medal.

Congratz man. :).
