Churn Burn project ? Dont you try to find easy niche ? If you are new to seo, fitness niche is not for you.

As I am working now in Protein Supplement Manufacturing Industry, So Started on Fitness Niche, And i know there are many Fitness Niche typo Blog, Magazine out there where they are in top with backlinks.

But i need to anyhow carry-on Fitness Niche Magazine now.... So working Hard

It probably wasn't a good idea to use SENuke directly on your money site.
This will get you penalized very quickly as your website probably has a very unnatural backlink profile.
You should have created some buffer sites. I would only use it on tier2 or higher.

Review as many blogs and articles as possiblw. It will for sure bring new ideas. Most of all do not talk about what everyone else is saying; make up your own themes and keep it up to date and fresh.

Actually I also doing fitness blog too...yup competition is intensive but actually fitness also my hobby that why I do ...
with adsense...to be frank is hard to rank...very competitive ..my rank is up down up down ..not constant. once up can be a lot but down also deep down fast.

I'd recommend making some small backlinks on other fitness/health related blogs. And consider making a decent video for it.

I can only suggest to you this SEO strategy to increase your overall search rankings and to rank keywords as quickly and effectively as possible in today's post-Penguin and post-Panda era of SEO. The strategy that you should know is to focus on Long-Tail keywords because Long-tail keywords tend to be more specific and targeted to the actual intent of the searcher.

I think your job in the beginning is to slowly build up the backlink profile without getting penalized. Find other blogs that are ranking better than you are but that are not making a killing yet and try to get a backlink from them by offering them a guest post. Make sure your post links to authority sites from time to time as well.

It is a high competitive niche. You will need powerful links to rank. You have to create top notch articles to get links from other powerful related sites. If you like you can build some PBN, get links from other PBN links providers.

I think focus on long tail through creating tons of blog posts. Keep the content churned out, make sure it's long enough of a post but vary the length (500 - 1500 words), get social media involved. Just work on building it up for a few months and then go back to link building. Fitness is going to take a long time to build up so be patient with it. Using senuke at the start is not so advisable, especially directed straight at your site.

Fitness niche is one of the most if not the most competitive niche out there. Full of cutthroat competition, and people with several years of crazy SEO skills, it won't be easy getting any reliable income out of it unless you dedicate a substantial amount of time into it. There's an added factor of not making ANY mistakes. It's a highly competitive niche and not for people who are new to SEO (like me), at least, that's what I've come to understand. There's several less competitive niches albeit the profits won't be as high as fitness once you reach the top.

Cheers and all the best.

I've been working SEO in the fitness genre for the past 4 years. I hadn't touched it prior to that, my primary skills being in web apps and databases. The learning curve was huge, but eventually I figured out how to get my site into the top 5 on ALMOST every keyword we were targeting.

Annnnnd then Google changed their rules in 2016 and wiped out all of my off-site strategies. Without any forward momentum, it's been a slow and painful coast back down the chain.

I just sort of assumed that all of SEO was this hard. Encouraging to hear that it isn't. Discouraging though, knowing that I still live in the niche and still have to beat it to survive.

Anyone out there have any tips for a frustrated hacker who really doesn't want to resort to anything downright illegal to keep his site afloat, but is about out of options?

Look at that date. Closing this thread
