What are the specifics of your idea? I think it would have to be significantly differentiated, since it's a fairly saturated market in my opinion -- especially with google flights, which as some innovative, superior features in my opinion.

Focus on a specific niche as boutique hotels or similar or you'll need thousands of Hotels, Car Rentals, Tourist Services, etc...

something like the Secret Flying website?
they find amazing flight deals and post them up.
i guess its for people who arent too picky as to when and where they want to go. huge savings to be made though
