14 february, day 50, still 57 articles,, oh sucks,, i need to write more...
i start getting 500 pv / day, i accidentally spike my traffic. i hope in the end of month i can get 1000 pv/day
and today i start to use HeatMap (user heatmap) to optimize my ad placement.
i use adsense and my yesterday page ctr is 5%, and most of clicked ad is from auto ads.
my manual ads only get below 2% page ctr..
i use heatmap in order to understand where is the focus of my visitor, how deep they scroll, so i can set where is the best ad placement, so i hope it will increase my ctr. my target is 10% page ctr.
it needs some time before i can read the data, the heat map needs at least 100 pv per page to conduct report.
i will share the result maybe 3 to 5 days later, insyaAlloh

15 february, analyzing heatmap.
i found interesting data,
evidently, i place ads on the wrong place, this is why my ctr is not as high as my target... whereas my target is 10% page ctr, and what i got is 6% at the highes rate and 1% is the lowest.
the data shows that visitor focus on "Main Topic" and "bolded words" , and the best spot is placing the ads under main part of article, or you can get visitor attention using bolded words

Actually i am not writing about news, i write about government regulation and law.
Im not against gov bro, i just write information about gov they don't explain well in public
It's $2 yesterday, on 600 pv, and 25 ad clicks

It is like $4 cpm, because i target my own country, indonesia, it is pretty decent, and maybe i still can increase it, insyaAlloh...
Basically Cpc in my country is lower than tier 1 country...
I think $4 cpm is a good start.... I hope i can increase it to $10-$15 cpm

today i optimize the adsense placement based on the heat map. 2 days ago i got 5% ctr, yesterday i got 3% ctr, after i change the ad placement, i hope the ctr will increase at least 8%.
i only optimize for the top 6 articles that drive the most traffic.
and we will see how it works tomorrow insyaAlloh...
my plan for today is creating 3 articles for my website,, it has beem 4 days i did not write for my website...

i use free theme bro, generatepress, it is prety light (if no adsense) i got 92-95 mobile score on google pagespeed, but when i use adsense, embed youtube and my own app, it decrease to 50... javascript problem.
if you want premium theme, maybe acabado is good for you,...

Little case study report,
1 week ago i write a 200 words article targeting super low competition, even just 200 words, the information inside is really good.
First day i directly rank no #1, but today it decrease to #11
So, i can conclude that writing 200 words article is a bad decision even if i write with good data, because it cannot rank well, even when i target super low competition keyword..

17 february, 51 days old, still 57 articles, it has been 5 days i'm not adding new content on my website.... oh damn... i should be writing like berserk...
My DA and PA is increasing, eventhough it is not represent the real condition, it feels good to see the metrics...
and today it seems my traffic is start to spike one more time... up to 800 pv this day...alhamdulilah..
0 to 800 pv per day in 51 days, not too shabby.
so by this 51 days, i got 3 traffic jump...
from 100 to 200 pv/day
from 300 to 550 pv/day
and today, 550 to 800 pv per day, insyaAlloh..
it seems that the strategy i did works fine
