Start from IG or go straight to e-com?

If you have the budget and time I'd go for the IG path (as well as any other social platform)

They can be very useful for creating traffic and trust for your ecom.

First off, welcome to the money making world.

I've been lurking here for a few months as well, in fact, this is my first posting on here :)

Now, my recommendation to you is building an affiliate network on Instagram. Holy shit, I can't tell you how much money you're looking at!

Now, of course you need to have a nice website, product and niche.

Find a niche with GOOD product images, not just product on a white background. Yoy will use the images to post on IG and you want it to look like a real brand. There are plenty of complete niche stores with quality pics on Ali, you just need to search for it.

Set up your IG, buy like 2-300 fake followers and start following/unfollowing. After that, proceed to refer people to your affiliate network via DM. I suggest targeting pages in the 5-15k follower range. Those are most likely to do it.

I don't have time to write a complete post on exact how to's but this info can be found elsewhere.

My story? I made 731$ in sales the first 2 weeks of launching a store just like this. About 550$ of that was pure profit in my pocket.

Good luck!

1) Start an IG niche page
Grow it to 10k+
Start promoting an ecom dropshipping store/POD store

or

2) Start from ecom store
Ads/Shotout
???
Profit

How about both?

Start a niche IG page and a ecom store. Build the page alongside buying shouts or running ads for it. When buying shouts ask people to follow you for discounts. I don't see why you can't do both. That's what I did.

Made store and IG page for it -> ran Facebook ads for it while also posting content on the page and building it -> made sales both ways.
Two sources of income basically.

These people who suggest buying fake followers don't know a thing about Instagram. You're paying money to ruin your engagement and a chance to rank on the explore page. I don't think it's a good time to grow an Instagram page unless you have a budget for it.

Works, yes. I suggest him not touching facebook ads until having like $5k to lose though (or a warm pixel with 100-200 purchases). Facebook ads is a lengthy process to learn.

I liked your activity. Can you tell me the name of the affiliate network you used?
