Sr. Software Engineer Looking for Experienced IM Partner

I am a full-time developer for a Fortune 500 (part-time contractor for Fortune 100) company who is looking to offset my income. I have a very technical background in reverse engineering, software/web development, blog farming, and automation; I lack IM experience. I am looking for an IM partner with a successful history, who thinks outside the box and that would be interested in automating some processes (not outsourcing) or developing some useful high quality apps.

Skillsets

• Strong development background in many languages/platforms: C#, VB.Net, PHP, Perl, Java, Javascript, HTML5/CSS3
• Experience writing web automation tasks: Blog Farm Installer/Manager, Wordpress plugins, Social networking, Other CMS custom development (Joomla)
• Extensive database background: SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle
• Strong Linux/Windows administration and security background
• Writing solid multi-threaded code.

This is just a 5 minute overview of my technical ability. My biggest weakness is not knowing what works/doesn't work in IM. I know a decent amount regarding IM, just unclear on best practices.
