squeeze page upload / autoresponder

I have a domain and hosting at go daddy and just purchased an Aweber account.

I have written a giveaway e-book.

I have squeeze page and opt-in form code in html.

I need squeeze page loaded etc... and autoresponder setup to where when someone opts, it puts them on list and sends back my free e-book.

I know it's simple, but I have never done it. I wouldn't mind being able to watch the person do it so I will know for future (not a requirement.)
