http://ThorAntiKeylogger.com ,it'll scramble everything you type if he's keylogging you... He'll be surprised you can actually get stuff done after checking out your logs... Works great with my girlfriend who thinks shes smart and keylogged my computer...

They are in NO way violating you privacy as someone said here. I work as a net admin at a very big company
and we install RAT's on every PC(that is mostly for key logging). Our network is packet logged(so we see where
you are going and the contents of what you are doing. We even have systems setup to show us if you use https to
much or to much encryption is going through your computer so that we make ask you about why you are trying
to be sneaky. I have been here long enough to have fired 5+ people for inappropriate use of the internet on company
time(think child porn, porn, network exploit scanning, sending death threats behind a vpn but forgetting that we still
keylog your ass and see the origin destination with full timestamps...).

When you sign your employment agreement with a company(usually not small companies) in that agreement i'm
sure it states that anything you do on company time is their business! That means even if you are at "lunch" and
using the computer it is still their right to log your actions. Also a lot of this has to do with security and policies that
have been set forth by state and federal agency's. Small shops don't really need a Technical Compliance Officer, but
the big boys do and they need to follow rules. Also it's feels good when you give evidence to the fed's to take down
and child porn ring.

So your best bet would be to NOT do anything stupid. Do not talk about other jobs, do not talking about killing people,
and just stay on topic of WORK!!!! I know it might sound stupid, but after you have worked in a big place like i have,
there is a need for these rules and logs. PEOPLE ARE FUCKING STUPID!!!!!!

I think people should assume that everything they type on their keyboard is being permanently recorded for possible future use. Everyone in this thread has adopted a "present tense" perspective, as if the observation is being done in real time, and on a psychological level that attitude sort of allows people to believe that if they've avoided immediate detection, they are safe.

"Type "My boss is an asshole." and if you are still employed a week later he's not recording you." is a prime example of this psychological tendency. We want to think of "Big Brother" as a pair of watchful eyes, when instead he is a vast network of sensors that record everything constantly and has unlimited data storage space.

Type "I want to overthrow the unconstitutional US Government." and it might be 3 years before anyone notices, but if at some point in the future someone goes looking for text like that, or goes looking at text that has been written by someone capable of typing something like that, or whatever search parameters they choose to utilize, and that text will be retrievable, with DTS, IP's, etc... Orwell had NO IDEA what he was talking about. He underestimated the level of tyranny by two orders of magnitude. Not "brother", not even "man" but rather the State would ascend to the status of God. We should fear our government(s) with the same level of fear an awe that used to be reserved only for God, because if you compare biblical descriptions of who and what God could do to what the government can do today, they are almost identical, to include "lake of fire" (nuclear holocaust), floods (climate change), and an all-knowing, all-seeing eye (video and other surveillance).

The necessary level of defense against surveillance goes WAY beyond a simple matter of hiding your porn surfing habits from your employer. At some point, they will be able to "read your mind" at will, in the interests of State Security. And they will come to your home and arrest you for having "illegal thoughts", even if they aren't expressed. And they will define any thought as being "illegal" that they like, to include being reluctant to pay your taxes in order to support the government that enslaves you.

We are no where near this level yet but its scary because what you talk about is all a possibility in the future with the way our so called governments are heading and society being so brain dead and not aware of half the stuff that goes on.

As others said, if the IT department is knowledgeable, it 's very hard to bypass monitoring.

First rule at the workplace - WORK! That simple. You are there to work, they pay you to work. If you don't like it, quit and get a job you like. Otherwise stay there and try to game them but don't act surprised or pissed when they kick your ass if they catch you.

I had a shitty job i didn't liked 4h/day - my first job as employee. My only job as employee. Because I wrote a VBA script for Excel I essentially did in 2h research+15minutes coding the work that was supposed to be done by 7 people in 2 weeks. There was supposed to be a bonus (not a lot of money, but that's not the point) for people who do something great on the job. I didn't even thought of it but my colleagues said I deserve that. Boss started to whine about it and that disgusted me. Not the fact he didn't wanted to pay me but his body language and mumbling of why he won't. Wasn't even from his own pocket because I was working for a multinational company and the boss was just a low level manager. From that day on, from 4h/day (i was employed part time) I spent 2 hours working and 2h browsing sites. Was an eye opener. I saw how it is to be employed. It was not my experience that was enlightening but the subtle things I saw in those who were working there for years. And it wasn't about that particular company, same subtle signs I would have seen anywhere. I can't express them in words or explain them because its something you feel with your gut, let me just say that it is the same thing you get from a lion caged in a zoo or a slave. I decided I don't want to ever become that.

I had another job but for 1 month only, from the beginning that was the contract. I was a web coder at a friends company. I restructured his development approach and introduced a framework which made his coders twice as organized and as fast. Besides that I didn't even read my emails at work while the other coders would chat, email, check YT videos, etc. But I was there to work and that is what I did. He payed me only for 2 weeks with some excuse I won't get into. Been an asshole but I got over it. I hated it. Not because he didn't payed me all the money. I just hated having a job and a program and all it comes with it. But I did my job with dedication and didn't slacked.

So my point is, grow a pair and go on your own if you can and if you can't, then do a great job or at least use the time in a constructive way. Don't just waste time on YT and with instant messenger and stuff like that. If the job is important then treat it with respect because it feeds you and keeps you worm. Don't do stupid things because you don't like work and loose your job if it is important.

You are few and far between. I've been in the workplace now over 10 years. I've only come across less than a handful of people that carry out there work as they're supposed to, properly, diligently and timely.

These are the same people that work hard at landing the job, but once they're in, all that "I'm such a good worker, I have such an outstanding work ethic, I perform tasks to deadline, I've done this done that blah blah" goes out the window. Expect no more than 50% production from them. Most of the time they're either chatting about some tv show, about their cat, what they had for dinner. I mean who the f&ck cares!??

I have friends in large corporations who tell me they work a 3 day week. Mondays are slow, work from home on Wednesday and Fridays spent recovering from Thursday night drinks. And people wonder why the country is in such a state. Employers pay you to work, not to sit around and slack off. If you wanna chat, update facebook, sleep or take tea breaks then do it in your own time. Not on paid time.

People wonder why their bosses are spying on them... it's obvious the average employee can't be trusted. If I were the boss I wouldn't want my staff to piss my money up the wall either.

The government in the UK, at long last, has sided with the employers. They now allow them to hire and fire at will (within reason). I hear so many stories about this group or that group up in arms about it. But what's there to debate? Why do employers need to step on glass around these employees that do not perform? Surely, to get rid of rubbish workers would be a boost efficiency and so will be a good thing for the economy. Those workers who get fired will either, if they have half a brain, improve themselves or will move on to somewhere less demanding.

Darwinism in the workplace is a good thing.
