Maybe a little late, but according to me, the best promotion is the one you manage yourself. Set your own goals, own accounts and fresh proxies. And manage to run things your way. Start slowly and dont try becoming a star overnight. There are a lot of services but if you start using them, dont stop. Cant have 10k streams in 1 day and none the next 2
If you want to get promoted with the real music - it's better to upload a song way in advance and expect the curator to post it on the playlist. You can submit a song via Spotify for artists. This is the basic step. Faking streams from your own music may result in banning it forever, which will prevent you from succeeding whatsoever.
